“Wanted to let you know that the home is absolutely wonderful and we are really really going to enjoy it.  We are very pleased to come home in the evening to find that the temperature inside the house is only about 3-4 degrees higher than we left it in the morning.  In our last house we would set the thermostat for the daytime temperature in the house at 78-80 degrees and when we would get home, that would be the temperature.  So far we have done that in our new Michael David green home and when we get home it is only 74-75 in the house and that is fantastic.”
