My name is Erika.  I’d like to take a moment and introduce myself.  I’m the warranty coordinator for Michael David Homes.  My goal is to make living in your new Michael David Home easy and worry free.  I will also be working hard to provide you and your family with excellent service during your warranty period.  Also, I am anxious to take care of any items listed on your certificate of acceptance which were not completed prior to closing and would like to discuss this with you as soon as possible.

Kitchen appliance service requests should be called in directly to:

Please notify me immediately if Sears does not complete warranty requests to your satisfaction.

Don’t forget to look through your Bonded Builders Warranty booklet for answers to any questions you may have on what is covered by your warranty.

One more thing, in order to fulfill your warranty service requests, we must have “reasonable workday access” to your home.  This means that most of our contractors work between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Please be prepared to schedule your service requests between these hours.
